J's Flooring LLC provides professional flooring installation and remodeling services as described on this website. The specific scope of services, pricing, and project timelines for any given engagement are confirmed in a written project agreement signed by both parties prior to work beginning.

03 Estimates & Quotes

Free estimates provided by J's Flooring LLC are non-binding and subject to change based on final project specifications. All final project costs are formalized in a written contract, which must be reviewed and signed by both parties before any work commences.

04 Payment Terms

The payment schedule, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods are defined individually in each project contract. Late payments may be subject to fees as specified in that contract. J's Flooring LLC reserves the right to pause or suspend work on a project in the event of non-payment.

05 Project Scope Changes

Any changes to the agreed project scope must be documented and approved in writing by both parties before implementation. Any additional costs resulting from scope changes will be discussed, itemized, and agreed upon before work on those changes proceeds.

06 Warranty

J's Flooring LLC Flooring Solutions warrants the quality of its installation workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects arising from our installation work.

Please note: Material and product warranties are provided separately by the respective manufacturers and are subject to the terms and conditions of those manufacturers' warranty programs. J's Flooring LLC is not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of J's Flooring LLC for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the total value of the specific project contract under which the claim arises.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of use, or property damage beyond the scope of the contracted work.
